Yes, but be aware that your dishes will get hot
OVEN
You can cook and warm your new dishes in the oven, but they should not go directly from the fridge or freezer into a hot oven, or vice versa
UNIQUE TO DARK WARE
The dark bare bottoms (unglazed surfaces) look their best when rubbed with any cooking oil to bring back the satin finish after washing

The bare bottoms (unglazed surfaces) can stain. Avoid soaking them in the sink. They can be scrubbed with baking soda and vinegar, barkeepers, or even sanded.
