10 1/2" Tall

5"  Wide

3 1/2" Deep

From the very beginning the Lord made a way for us to be reunited with him in a covenant relationship.  The white robe that this man and woman are wrapped in signifies the purity of Jesus that covers our shame.    This also speaks of a man and a woman who have become one through promising themselves to one anohter in the covenant of marriage.  God's word is full of beautiful imagery and analogies that draw us to him and to each other.

The faces were sculpted from a lump of clay and the body and robe were formed using soft slabs.  The pure white gloss glaze on the robe paired with the bare clay faces and bodies creates another layer of depth and meaning to this one of a kind piece of art.
