This sculpture was inspired by the relationship between Ruth and Naomi in the Bible.  The devotion of Ruth is something that continues to inspire me to remain faithful to my own mother.
This would be a wonderful gift for mom or daughter.
The faces were sculpted from a solid piece of clay and the bodies were made using soft slab construction.  All hand done and a one of a kind original work of art.
